No matter the size of your group, we will offer meeting rooms tailored to your needs: large plenary hall, classic meeting room, small breakout rooms, exhibition hall for your products…
We will also give you the option to choose the room setup to facilitate communication among colleagues: theater-style, classroom-style, cabaret-style, in islands, U-shaped…
Equipment
What type of equipment do you need to facilitate your meeting? Projector, LED screen, whiteboard, stage and podium, microphones and sound system, or even instant translation system if your meeting has an international audience.
Additional services
We offer additional services to ensure the smooth running of your meetings, for example:
– coffee breaks: served in the room, nearby, or on the terrace for a relaxing moment.
– translation booths and equipment for your international colleagues.
– technicians: who ensure the proper functioning of the equipment and are present in case of any issues.
Transfers
We arrange your transfers (one-way and/or round-trip) in private minibuses or buses from Barcelona Airport (BCN), Girona Airport (GRO), train stations, or any departure point of your choice. We also organize internal transfers during the stay, always using high-end vehicles.
Tour leading
A team member will accompany you partially or fully based on your preferences. They will be present at every moment of the stay as required: upon your arrival at the airport and/or hotel, for bus departures, at restaurants, or activity locations…
Note that depending on the nature of your stay, your preferences, and your budget, a more comprehensive assistance or greater independence can be arranged.
Photographers & Videographers
Throughout the entire duration of your stay or part of it, you can be accompanied by a professional French-speaking photographer and/or cameraman who will capture this unforgettable moment and provide you with a high-quality reportage.

Coaches & Animators
To enhance team cohesion, alleviate tensions, or explore new communication techniques, we offer the presence of a coaching facilitator during your stay. Whether during a meeting, an activity, or informally, the facilitator will guide you through a series of playful exercises aligned with the strategy predetermined beforehand.
